You understand the importance of building partnerships and have experience working cross-functionally with various teams to achieve strategic goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with potential partners and stakeholders.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures. You have a proven track record of successfully bringing on new partners and expanding existing relationships. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the partnership landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling Headway's care partnerships across the United States. You will identify and engage with potential partners, working closely with internal teams such as Strategy, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Your efforts will directly contribute to connecting patients with high-quality behavioral health services, making a meaningful impact on mental health care accessibility.

You will also deepen relationships with existing health systems and medical clinics, ensuring that they are fully integrated into Headway's network. Your role will involve analyzing partnership performance and identifying areas for improvement, as well as collaborating with marketing and outreach teams to promote Headway's mission and services.
