Who you are

You have completed commercial training or possess equivalent experience in HR administration. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of personnel administrative processes, from hiring to exit. Your communication skills enable you to be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding personnel-related questions. You are proactive in maintaining personnel master data and ensuring high data quality in HR systems. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy contributing to team projects that enhance HR operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will closely collaborate with our global HR team, particularly the Payroll Services Team and HR Business Partners. You will support a fixed employee base in all personnel administrative matters, ensuring a seamless experience from hiring to exit. As the primary contact for managers and employees, you will address personnel-related questions and maintain accurate personnel master data in our HR system, Workday. You will interface with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, and you will be responsible for creating and processing employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and other related documents. Additionally, you will prepare employment references and certificates, actively participating in exciting projects aimed at optimizing our HR area.
