Hightouch is seeking a Head of Mid-Market Sales for North America to lead and scale their sales organization. You'll be responsible for revenue outcomes and team development. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the mid-market segment, with a focus on driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams. Your experience includes managing multi-manager teams and ensuring operational rigor in sales processes. You possess strong communication skills and a growth mindset, enabling you to motivate and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals.
You understand the nuances of the North American market and have successfully navigated the challenges of scaling sales organizations in a competitive landscape. Your strategic thinking allows you to balance speed and quality in execution, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds performance targets. You are adept at using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Desirable
Experience in AI or technology-driven sales environments is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. You are comfortable working with executive leadership to shape long-term strategies and have a knack for building repeatable systems that enhance sales effectiveness.
What you'll do
As the Head of Mid-Market Sales, you will lead the sales organization across North America, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to own the performance and forecasting of your team, ensuring that revenue outcomes align with company goals. You will oversee a team of Sales Managers and their Account Executives, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
You will play a critical role in shaping the Mid-Market go-to-market strategy, balancing the need for speed with the importance of quality in execution. Your leadership will be key in developing strong feedback mechanisms and operational rigor within the team. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment on company objectives and to drive cross-functional initiatives that support sales growth.
What we offer
Hightouch offers a competitive compensation package, including an On-Target Earnings range of $450,000 to $500,000, with a base salary between $225,000 and $250,000 annually. In addition to a strong base salary, you will receive meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, including early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
