Who you are

You have experience in consulting within technology or travel industries, demonstrating a proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior executives. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex business needs into actionable strategies that drive measurable growth. Your background includes working closely with client teams to align on strategy and execution, ensuring that insights lead to impactful results. You are adept at developing and executing growth strategies that enhance revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products. You understand loyalty, pricing, merchandising, and marketing best practices, and you are comfortable leading business reviews with C-level stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with senior executives across Hopper's global partner network, driving measurable business growth through strategic consulting and platform optimization. You will work side-by-side with partner leadership to define growth strategies and identify performance levers that can transform insights into impact. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing growth strategies that increase revenue and engagement across travel products. You will guide partners on best practices in loyalty, pricing, merchandising, and marketing, ensuring that they fully realize the potential of the HTS Commerce platform. You will also codify best practices and frameworks to scale success across partners globally, translating business needs into scalable product capabilities and delivering data-driven insights that inform decision-making.
