Who you are
You have a proven track record in exceeding individual sales quotas and are skilled in outbound selling strategies. Your experience includes working with small and mid-sized businesses, allowing you to quickly identify challenges that prospective customers face and discover the best marketing solutions for their business. You are adept at nurturing relationships with highly qualified opportunities and building rapport with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.
Desirable
Experience in the French market is a plus, as is familiarity with HubSpot software. You are comfortable working in an inside sales model and have a strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Your ability to communicate effectively and present online demos will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities and helping clients grow using HubSpot software. You will run online demos to showcase the HubSpot value proposition and consistently close new business at or above quota level. Building and nurturing relationships with small-sized companies will be essential, as you will work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to adapt sales strategies based on new product features. You will also contribute your perspectives, ideas, and skills to help shape the future of HubSpot's mission.
