You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable using various outreach methods, including calls, emails, and social media. While sales experience is a plus, your enthusiasm and commitment to learning are what truly matter.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives to develop innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities. Your fluency in Polish allows you to connect with a diverse range of clients in the CEE region, making you an essential part of the team. You are open to feedback and eager to grow your skills in a high-growth, scale-up environment.
What you'll do
In this full-time role, you will conduct high-volume prospecting to identify qualified leads, focusing on new users and potential customers. You will collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies, ensuring that you meet your monthly goals. Scheduling online product demonstrations for qualified leads will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to communicate the value of HubSpot's offerings.
You will learn to understand customers' needs and challenges using sales methodologies such as BANT, which will help you qualify prospects effectively. Additionally, you will carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base, identifying new opportunities for growth. Your role will involve continuous learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of tech sales, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry trends.
