Who you are

You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in sales, with a strong interest in developing your skills in a dynamic environment. You possess excellent communication skills in both French and English, allowing you to effectively engage with a diverse range of prospects. You are comfortable managing high volumes of inquiries and can identify customer pain points to provide tailored solutions. Your ability to conduct consultative conversations will help you prequalify leads and schedule appointments with Account Executives. You thrive in a collaborative team setting and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the success of the sales organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a high volume of product and sales-related queries from inbound channels, addressing around 40 inquiries per day. You will conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects through phone and live chat, making 8-10 calls daily to guide potential customers on product use and identify their needs. Your responsibilities will include scheduling discovery calls for assigned Account Executives, with a target of 3-5 bookings per day. You will also assist in closing deals with small companies for starter and add-on products, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to sale. Collaboration with your ISC team will be essential as you work together to improve the customer experience and streamline the sales process.
