Hubstaff is seeking an Account Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities across EMEA. You'll play a key role in establishing Hubstaff's presence in the region and will thrive in a remote work environment. This position requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach to pipeline management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in a remote environment. You thrive on taking ownership of your results and are skilled at balancing inbound demand with self-sourced opportunities. Your consultative approach to sales allows you to effectively manage the full cycle from qualification to closing. You are comfortable with high-impact sales execution and have a disciplined approach to maintaining a healthy pipeline through qualification and forecasting. You understand the importance of collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage inbound demo requests and free trial signups within your region, ensuring a smooth process for potential customers. You will also be responsible for self-sourcing new business through outbound prospecting, which is a critical aspect of your role. Your ability to maintain a healthy pipeline will be essential, as you will need to qualify leads effectively and forecast sales accurately. You will engage in high-impact sales execution, delivering outcome-driven opportunities that align with Hubstaff's mission to empower productivity. As you establish Hubstaff's EMEA sales presence, you will have clear growth opportunities as the company scales in the region. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales targets.
