HYPEBEAST is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead client relationships in the Lifestyle / Non-Endemic sectors. You'll develop strategic proposals and manage mid-to-large deals across various industries. This role requires strong client leadership and insight-driven strategies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing accounts within the Lifestyle and Non-Endemic sectors. Your experience includes developing strategic proposals that resonate with clients and drive business growth. You excel in independent client leadership, demonstrating the ability to own a meaningful book of business and foster strong relationships with partners across diverse industries such as Tech, Finance, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Packaged Goods.
Your ability to analyze market trends and client needs allows you to craft insight-led proposals that not only meet but exceed client expectations. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and possess excellent negotiation skills, ensuring that you can close mid-to-large deals effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Desirable
Experience in the lifestyle or non-endemic sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with digital commerce and editorially-driven platforms. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and understand the importance of collaboration in achieving sales success. A background in marketing or brand strategy can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at HYPEBEAST, you will take ownership of a significant portfolio of clients, focusing on the Lifestyle and Non-Endemic categories. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
You will be responsible for crafting insightful proposals that leverage market data and trends, ensuring that your pitches are compelling and relevant. Your role will involve leading negotiations and closing deals, requiring you to be both strategic and persuasive in your approach. You will also collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative, to ensure that client campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results.
In addition to managing existing accounts, you will actively seek new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and developing relationships that can lead to future partnerships. You will be expected to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
