What you'll do

As an Account Executive on the Customer Agent team, you will play a crucial role in launching the Sales Agent product — your responsibilities will include identifying early customers, demonstrating the value of the product, and shaping its market positioning. You will collaborate closely with a small group of specialists, leveraging your sales expertise to drive adoption and feedback.

You will be instrumental in developing strategies for packaging and pricing the Sales Agent product as it transitions from beta to a scalable go-to-market motion — your insights will help refine the product offering and ensure it meets customer expectations. You will also engage with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that enhance their customer service capabilities.
