You have a strong background in partner management and enablement, with a focus on technology and integrations. Your experience includes developing training materials and strategies that empower partners to succeed in their roles. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in building effective partnerships, and you thrive in environments where you can drive results through strategic initiatives.
You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all partners receive the support they need to effectively market and sell integrations. Your analytical skills allow you to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. You are passionate about customer experiences and understand how technology can enhance these interactions.
Desirable
Experience in the customer service or AI industry is a plus, as is familiarity with app store ecosystems and integration strategies. You have a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences, and you are comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and manage the technical and sales enablement curriculum specifically for Technology and App Store partners. You will ensure that partners have the resources and knowledge necessary to effectively build, market, and sell around mutual integrations. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to partners.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align enablement strategies with overall business goals. Your role will involve analyzing partner performance and feedback to continuously improve the enablement process. You will also be responsible for tracking the revenue generated by the partner ecosystem and reporting on its success.
