Overview

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in compliance automation, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and understanding customer needs allows you to effectively drive strategic deals in mid-market and enterprise segments. You possess strong mentorship skills, enabling you to guide and support Account Executives and Customer Success Managers in their efforts to deliver exceptional service to clients.

You are adept at building relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored solutions that meet their compliance needs. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively makes you a trusted partner in the sales process. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in bringing Kandji's new Compliance Automation product line to market. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients, while also mentoring and supporting your colleagues in the GTM organization. Your responsibilities will include helping customers automate their path to audit-readiness, driving faster evidence collection, and modernizing how Security and GRC teams manage compliance in the AI era.

You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development, helping to shape a category-defining platform. Your insights will be invaluable in refining sales strategies and enhancing customer engagement. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
