You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the IT or security sectors β you understand the complexities of selling to large organizations and can navigate their unique challenges. Your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in a performance-driven environment where exceeding expectations is the norm.
You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions β your consultative approach allows you to partner effectively with clients, ensuring they unlock the full value of the products you represent. You are motivated by results and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Kandji, you will be at the forefront of redefining how organizations secure and manage their digital ecosystems. You will drive strategic sales initiatives into some of the worldβs largest and most influential companies, helping them modernize their security and management practices through Iru's unified platform. Your role will involve collaborating closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs and position Iru as a leader in unified identity, endpoint, and compliance management.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. You will also work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future product developments.
