You are results-oriented and have a strong sales acumen, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas. Your experience in launching and scaling new product lines is invaluable, and you are excited about the opportunity to shape the direction of Iru's Workforce Identity offering. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of identity solutions to diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in launching and scaling Iru's Workforce Identity product line. You will collaborate with the global sales organization, providing support to Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on strategic identity deals. Your responsibilities will include carrying your own quota for new business while influencing product direction and establishing yourself as a go-to identity expert within the company. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them unify access and secure their users effectively.
You will also play a critical role in shaping the sales strategy for Workforce Identity, ensuring that the product meets market demands and customer expectations. Your insights will help drive product enhancements and improvements, making a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory. You will be at the forefront of Iru's mission to simplify identity and access management in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
