You are a high performer with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the education sector. You excel at building rapport with educators and decision-makers, understanding their unique needs, and effectively communicating how solutions can help them succeed. Your ability to connect with clients and foster relationships is second to none, and you thrive in environments where you can make a meaningful impact on student equity and growth.

You possess a deep understanding of the educational landscape and are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences. Your experience allows you to navigate complex discussions with stakeholders, ensuring that you can articulate the value of Kiddom's offerings clearly and persuasively. You are driven by results and are motivated to exceed sales targets while contributing to a mission that resonates with your values.

What you'll do

In this role, you will cover the LA Region, visiting prospects and customers an average of 2-3 days per week. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Kiddom's solutions in a compelling manner. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, engaging in meaningful conversations about curriculum management, and showcasing how Kiddom can empower schools and districts.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies. Your insights will help shape the direction of Kiddom's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of educators. You will also track your sales activities and report on progress against targets, using data to inform your approach and drive continuous improvement.
