Who you are

You are a Sales Account Executive with a consultative selling approach, eager to make a positive difference in people's lives by selling KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training Platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the opportunity to empower organizations to strengthen their security culture. Your experience includes managing opportunities with small and mid-sized businesses, ideally under 500 employees, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of cybersecurity solutions.

What you'll do

As a Sales Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses. Your role will involve applying a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and present solutions that enhance their security posture. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation of KnowBe4’s platform, ensuring that clients are equipped to transform their workforce into a strong security asset.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on leads to close sales. You will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer retention rates and satisfaction.
