You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise sector, where you've successfully acquired new clients and expanded existing accounts. Your fluency in Japanese allows you to communicate effectively with local clients and understand their unique needs. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your understanding of cybersecurity solutions, enabling you to position KnowBe4's offerings effectively. What you'll do
As a Regional Account Executive (Enterprise) at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and upselling existing enterprise-sized customer accounts. Your primary goal will be to maximize all revenue opportunities and exceed your monthly sales quota. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how KnowBe4's AI-driven Human Risk Management platform can enhance their security posture. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align your sales strategies with the company's goals and ensure that you are equipped with the latest information about our offerings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be crucial, as you will need to provide ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their security objectives. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position KnowBe4 in the market.
