You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with experience in managing operations for SMB and Mid-Market segments. You understand the intricacies of go-to-market strategies and have a proven track record of implementing effective processes that drive revenue growth. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with leaders from Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment across departments.

What you'll do
As the RevOps Manager, you will implement the rhythm of the business and related processes within the SMB & Mid-Market segmentation of our Domestic Revenue departments. You will collaborate closely with revenue leadership to ensure flawless execution of the go-to-market strategy. Your role will involve analyzing operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be instrumental in setting up processes that support the revenue engine, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the company, and you will play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance customer retention and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for reporting on performance metrics and providing recommendations for future strategies.
