Who you are
You have 1-2+ years of strong sales experience, demonstrating a track record of hitting and exceeding goals. You possess a 'hunter' mentality, comfortable with prospecting, cold-calling, and following up on incoming leads, and you have a strong desire to win. Your ability and willingness to learn and adapt are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
You are proactive and self-motivated, eager to develop strong sales and product knowledge. You enjoy interacting with IT and business decision-makers via telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can build strong relationships with the marketing team and Account Executives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work with the Sales team to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through to qualified calls. You will update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management and set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team. Your responsibilities will also include nurturing early-phase opportunities for future pipeline potential and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
You will invest in your self-development, focusing on the skills and attributes that will make you successful in your core role and prepare you for future success. You will collaborate closely with your team to maximize wins for the business and take on any additional tasks required by your manager.
