Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the Maritime sector, and possess the ability to nurture relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. Your experience includes negotiating contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies. You are driven and self-disciplined, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and you thrive on collaboration with internal stakeholders and Customer Success teams to leverage insights from existing clients.

You are a strong negotiator with the ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs. Your understanding of industry trends and competitor activities enables you to maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, which is essential for driving upselling initiatives. You are a team player who always puts the business first and is committed to enhancing customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with accounts in the Maritime sector, focusing on enhancing revenue growth within existing accounts across North America. You will initiate and lead discussions with key stakeholders, including directors and senior managers, to identify business needs and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will drive upselling initiatives by exploring opportunities within existing accounts, including new departments and services. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Customer Success teams will be crucial as you leverage insights from existing clients to inform your strategies. You will also maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position Kpler's solutions in the market.
