Who you are
You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong bias for follow-up, ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted effectively. Your relationship-driven approach allows you to connect with technical teams at enterprise companies, helping them discover and evaluate innovative solutions. You are comfortable collaborating with engineering, product, and customer success teams to shape the adoption of GenAI across various domains.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of LangChain's products clearly and persuasively. You are adaptable and can navigate unstructured environments, making you a key player in building the go-to-market strategy from the ground up. Your experience in sales within the tech industry equips you with the insights needed to understand customer needs and drive successful outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You will work closely with technical teams at cutting-edge enterprise companies, guiding them through the evaluation and adoption of LangChain's products. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to the leadership team. Your insights will help shape the sales strategy and identify areas for improvement. As part of a growing go-to-market team, you will contribute to the development of sales materials and training resources to empower your colleagues.
