You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions. Your relationship-driven approach allows you to connect with technical teams and understand their needs, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of LangChain's products. You thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments and are excited about the opportunity to help shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and customer success teams. Your ability to manage the full sales cycleโfrom lead generation to closing dealsโdemonstrates your commitment to driving results and achieving targets. You are comfortable working independently while also being a team player who contributes to a positive company culture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage the entire sales cycle, helping technical teams at enterprise companies discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs and demonstrating how LangChain's solutions can meet those needs effectively.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into the product development process. By leveraging your sales expertise, you will help shape how generative AI is adopted across various domains, contributing to the overall growth and success of LangChain.
