Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in technology or software solutions, and you thrive in environments where you can build relationships with technical teams. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and understand the needs of enterprise clients. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments and are eager to contribute to building a go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of LangChain's products effectively to potential clients. Your relationship-driven approach to sales means you prioritize follow-ups and maintain strong connections with your leads. You are adaptable and can pivot your strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience with LangChain's products. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding technical teams through the evaluation and adoption process.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help shape how GenAI is adopted across various domains, contributing to the overall growth strategy of LangChain.
