You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions — you understand the nuances of selling to technical teams and can navigate complex sales cycles with ease. Your relationship-driven approach allows you to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with LangChain.
You thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments — you enjoy the challenge of building go-to-market strategies from the ground up and are comfortable taking initiative to drive results. Your ability to collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams enables you to effectively communicate the value of LangChain's offerings to potential clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals — your strong bias for follow-up will ensure that no opportunity is missed. You will work closely with technical teams at cutting-edge enterprise companies, helping them discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products to enhance their operations.
You will be responsible for shaping how GenAI is adopted across various domains, leveraging your expertise to guide clients through the implementation process. Your insights will help inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that LangChain continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
