You have a deep understanding of performance management and employee engagement, which allows you to effectively showcase the value of the Lattice platform to potential clients. What you'll do
In this role, you will drive new business acquisitions to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. You will prospect and engage cold accounts, contributing significantly to your monthly targets. Conducting insightful discovery calls will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you identify and address potential customers' business challenges and goals. You will showcase your deep knowledge of Lattice products and their industry positioning, assisting customers in evaluating our solutions. Onboarding 6-12 new customers each month will be essential to our rapid growth, and you will play a crucial role in influencing the company's direction and shaping the future of our Sales team.
