Job Description
Who you are
You are a strategic, customer-focused sales professional with a strong background in managing sales cycles and closing mid-market deals. You thrive in a consultative sales environment and have a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients. Your experience includes developing strategic plans to maximize growth and customer engagement within your territory. You are comfortable communicating with key stakeholders, including VP- and C-suite executives, to effectively convey the value proposition of your solutions. You understand the importance of collaboration with sales leadership and solutions engineers to drive successful adoption of products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the sales cycle for mid-market organizations, proactively generating and managing outbound pipeline opportunities. You will build and nurture strong relationships with your accounts, serving as their primary point of contact. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans to maximize growth and customer engagement within your territory. You will drive successful adoption of LaunchDarkly by leveraging account management best practices and collaborating with pre- and post-sales engineering, customer success, and support teams. You will effectively communicate LaunchDarklyβs value proposition to key stakeholders, elevating brand awareness and driving decision-making. Your solution-oriented sales approach will involve working closely with your Solutions Engineer to provide strategic business and technical insights that meet the needs of your clients.
