Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience in lead generation, opportunity identification, negotiation, and closing high-value deals. You understand the enterprise sales cycle deeply and are skilled in managing complex, multi-stage deals. Your ability to sell to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers allows you to develop customized solutions that address their business needs effectively. You are customer-centric and excel in problem-solving, assessing customer requirements to deliver compelling business cases.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Solutions Engineers (SEs), and other teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success. Your strategic thinking enables you to design and execute long-term strategies that drive business growth within a defined territory. You are adaptable, able to evolve your strategies as market dynamics change, ensuring continuous growth and a competitive edge.
You possess strong relationship-building skills, allowing you to engage effectively with champions and decision-makers. Your ability to develop comprehensive territory and account plans is complemented by your skills in pipeline generation, securing consistent new opportunities through targeted outreach and account research. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving quarterly revenue and new logo acquisition targets.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced technology environment is a plus, as is familiarity with software development processes. A background in working with enterprise-level clients will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
