Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, particularly in the auto lending sector, with at least 5 years of experience in optimizing sales processes and technology stacks. Your expertise includes administering CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, where you've configured workflows and generated insightful reports to drive sales performance. You understand the intricacies of auto lending workflows and have a knack for identifying operational friction points that hinder productivity. Your analytical skills allow you to generate data-driven insights on lead quality and conversion trends, which you use to guide sales strategies effectively. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to enhance overall performance. You are also skilled in creating and maintaining documentation that supports onboarding and training for new team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with sales policies and procedures.
What you'll do
In this role, you will administer and optimize the technology stack that supports auto lending workflows, including CRM and telephony systems. You will enhance sales productivity by simplifying processes and evaluating tools that support auto loan consultations and refinance workflows. Your responsibilities will include owning CRM administration, where you will configure, report, and optimize workflows specific to auto lending. You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation on sales processes and partner requirements, which will serve as a vital resource for onboarding new sales and operations team members. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will develop incentive programs and KPIs that improve conversion rates across auto loan and refinance product sales. You will also generate insights on partner performance and fulfillment outcomes to guide sales strategy and performance optimization. Your role will involve ensuring end-to-end visibility of the sales process and conversion metrics for the auto sales funnel, assisting sales staff in achieving quotas through better tooling and operational support. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.
