You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector β€” you understand the complexities of selling to public institutions and are comfortable navigating organizational structures to close deals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of Lifen's solutions to diverse stakeholders β€” your ability to build relationships and trust is key to your success in this role. You are a team player who collaborates naturally with colleagues across departments, sharing successes and learning from each other.

You are willing to travel regularly throughout France to meet clients and prospects β€” your mobility and adaptability are essential as you engage with various healthcare organizations. You are driven by impact and are motivated to sign deals that create real value for healthcare providers and patients alike.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Lifen, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our innovative AI solutions within public hospitals and health organizations β€” your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their operations. You will work closely with the Sales Public team, collaborating with colleagues to develop strategies that resonate with complex organizations.

You will engage in consultative selling, guiding prospects through the decision-making process and addressing any concerns they may have β€” your expertise will help you articulate the benefits of our solutions clearly and persuasively. You will also be expected to contribute ideas for improving sales processes and advancing your deals, ensuring that you are always looking for ways to enhance our approach.

In addition to direct sales activities, you will participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, sharing insights and learning from your peers β€” your collaborative spirit will help foster a positive team environment. You will track your progress against sales targets and report on your activities, ensuring that you are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
