You have a first experience in B2B prospecting and closing, ideally with limited or no inbound leads β€” you understand the importance of building relationships and creating a strong pipeline of potential clients. Your strong organizational skills enable you to handle a high volume of calls effectively, ensuring that no opportunity is missed. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate about implementing new processes that drive efficiency and growth. Your desire to grow within an ambitious startup environment means you are ready to take on challenges and make a direct impact on results. Fluency in English and French is required, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Zefir, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting strategy to qualification, closing, and onboarding new real estate agents. Your role will involve identifying high-potential agents and building a robust pipeline to support Zefir's growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management and Operations teams to optimize internal processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both agents and clients.
