What you'll do
As the Senior Solution Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading solution sales efforts for new customers while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients. You will develop and execute innovative business growth strategies that align with Loadsmart's objectives, focusing on long-term profitability. Your role will involve engaging with various stakeholders, including internal sales teams, decision-makers, and Loadsmart leadership, to ensure that qualified leads are pursued effectively. You will create a culture of sales success by leading by example and obsessing over customer satisfaction. Regular travel will be required to meet prospects and clients, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships and understand their needs. You will also collaborate with teams across Digital, Managed Transportation, and Brokerage to drive engagement and maximize sales opportunities.
