You are a motivated individual eager to kickstart your career in sales. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to work with a leading AI Real Estate Marketplace. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable conducting customer calls to understand their needs and present value propositions. You are organized and can effectively manage a high volume of customer interactions daily, ensuring follow-ups are timely and thorough.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Zefir, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, handling 100% of the inquiries without the need for prospecting. You will conduct initial calls with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule follow-up meetings with Account Executives. Your role will involve managing around 75-80 scheduled customer interactions daily, requiring meticulous organization and follow-up to optimize conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute directly to revenue generation by advancing leads through the sales funnel.
