Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to expand customer usage. Your ability to educate potential accounts on enhancing collaboration and productivity is key to your success.
You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and are creative in iterating on processes to retain and grow accounts. You are comfortable holding face-to-face and virtual meetings, ensuring that you connect with clients effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect and develop new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will actively work to maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base while identifying opportunities for expanding usage. Your creativity will be essential as you iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction.
You will play an instrumental role in building pipeline and generating revenue, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Your feedback will help shape Notion's roadmap, ensuring that customer needs are met and addressed effectively.
What we offer

You will work from the New York office on designated Anchor Days, ensuring that you are part of a vibrant team environment. The estimated range for total on-target earnings for this role is $180,000 - $230,000 per year, reflecting the value placed on your contributions to the companyβs growth.
