Middesk is hiring a Partner Manager to acquire and build high-impact partnerships. You'll focus on sourcing, negotiating, and launching new partnerships in the fintech and B2B SaaS sectors. This role requires strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

You have a strong background in partnership management, with experience in sourcing and negotiating deals that drive business growth. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are energized by the challenge of building new opportunities from the ground up. Your strategic thinking allows you to identify mutual value in partnerships, and you possess excellent communication skills that help you build trust with external stakeholders while aligning internal teams.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are excited about the opportunity to lay the foundation for how partnerships work at Middesk. You have a proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of partnerships, from market mapping and outreach to deal negotiation and go-to-market execution. Your ability to collaborate with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
Desirable
Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS is a plus, as is familiarity with referral-based, reseller-style, and product-embedded partnerships. You understand the nuances of partnership dynamics and can navigate complex negotiations with ease. A background in business identity verification or related fields would be beneficial, as it aligns with Middesk's mission to transform business identity verification processes.
What you'll do
