What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Minitab, you will engage with inbound leads and contacts to understand their business needs and interest in our statistical analysis software products. You will conduct outbound prospecting to targeted accounts through phone outreach, email, and marketing campaigns, qualifying prospects based on fit, need, and readiness to move into the sales pipeline. Building and maintaining relationships with future buyers will be key, as you will nurture these connections over time. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates, while also maintaining accurate activity and prospect information within CRM tools. Achieving monthly and quarterly performance goals related to lead qualification and pipeline contribution will be part of your responsibilities.
