Who you are

You have a proven track record in client management, particularly in the advertising sector, with a focus on health, beauty, and personal care. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue and client satisfaction. You excel in consulting with clients on their advertising strategies, offering tailored solutions that meet their objectives. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and agency partners is key to your success in this role.

You are results-driven and thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, revenue operations, and marketing teams. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders alike. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires 30-50% travel to meet with clients and partners.

What you'll do

As a Senior Client Partner, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic agency partners. You will develop and execute account plans that drive revenue, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. Your role will involve consulting with clients on their advertising strategies, offering innovative solutions that align with their goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns that meet client objectives, ensuring that MyFitnessPal continues to enhance user experience through engaging advertising formats.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and expanding relationships with key clients. Your strategic approach will help drive revenue growth and ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support.
