Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing role ideally within SaaS — you've successfully managed sales processes from prospecting to contract generation, demonstrating your ability to close deals effectively. Your outbound prospecting skills are strong, and you thrive in identifying and pursuing cold opportunities. You possess full professional proficiency in both English and Swedish, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
You are curious and always looking for opportunities to learn and grow — you actively seek feedback and are open to new ideas that can enhance your sales approach. As a self-starter, you take initiative when you see a need, ensuring that you address challenges proactively. Collaboration is key for you; you enjoy working with others and helping your team succeed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract generation, ensuring that you drive sales by effectively managing opportunities in your pipeline. You will be responsible for closing 1-2 deals per month, which requires a deep understanding of the company's value proposition and solutions. You will utilize value-based sales approaches to communicate effectively with C-level executives of small to mid-market sized companies, building strong relationships that foster trust and collaboration.
You will oversee all sales activity and provide monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, ensuring that you hit your monthly sales goals. Your ability to creatively outbound into cold opportunities will be crucial for generating new business and achieving your individual targets. You will also be expected to conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients.
