You have 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing role ideally within SaaS — you've successfully managed the sales process from prospecting to contract generation, demonstrating your ability to close deals effectively. Your experience in outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations has equipped you with the skills to engage potential clients creatively and effectively.
You are a curious individual who is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow — you thrive on feedback and are eager to improve your sales techniques. As a self-starter, you take initiative when you see a need, addressing challenges proactively and ensuring that you meet your sales goals.
Collaboration is key for you; you enjoy working with others and helping your team succeed — your ability to build relationships with C-level executives of small to mid-market sized companies sets you apart. You possess full professional proficiency in both English and Norwegian, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract generation, ensuring that you drive sales by managing opportunities in your pipeline. You will be responsible for closing 1-2 deals per month, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Understanding the company value proposition and solutions will be crucial as you employ appropriate value-based sales approaches to engage potential clients.
You will oversee all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, ensuring that you keep track of your progress and adjust your strategies as needed. Your role will involve creatively outbounding into cold opportunities, identifying potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of Navan's offerings.
