You have a proven track record in executive recruitment, particularly within the technology and AI sectors — you understand the nuances of sourcing and engaging high-level candidates. Your strategic mindset allows you to act as a trusted partner to founders and executive teams, advising them on talent strategy and leadership hiring. You excel in conducting comprehensive market mapping and talent research, identifying key players in both EU and US markets. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to engage effectively with executive-level candidates and present opportunities compellingly. You are proactive in your approach, utilizing direct search methodologies and industry networks to attract the best talent. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the potential of AI and cloud computing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage full-cycle executive search assignments for senior leadership and C-level roles within the technology and AI sectors. You will act as a strategic partner to founders and executive teams, advising on talent strategy and leadership hiring. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence to identify and attract high-impact leaders in both EU and US markets. You will proactively source, assess, and engage executive-level candidates using direct search methodologies, industry networks, and referrals. You will lead in-depth executive interviews and assessments, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates' fit for the roles. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process. You will contribute to the development of recruitment strategies that enhance the company's ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.
