What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. You will proactively source candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool. You will collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies that align with the company's goals. Your role will involve refining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, utilizing data and insights to drive improvements.

You will play a key role in shaping the technical teams that contribute to Nelly's innovative payment products in the Health Tech space. You will engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing them with a positive experience that reflects Nelly's culture and values. You will also work closely with the leadership team to understand the evolving talent needs of the organization and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
