NICE is seeking a Director of Partner Acceleration to implement a cohesive business development strategy and drive growth through partnerships. Who you are

You have extensive experience in business development, particularly in managing partnerships and driving sales opportunities. Your expertise in channel partner management and global systems integration is complemented by a strong understanding of cloud and digital transformation. You excel in account management, having successfully navigated complex deals and collaborations with cross-functional teams. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of executing strategies that lead to profitable growth.

Desirable

Experience with Contact Center as a Service offerings is a plus. Familiarity with marketing campaigns and partner enablement strategies will enhance your ability to drive expansion within existing partnerships. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing NICE's business development strategy, focusing on the Commercial Global System Integrator partner ecosystem. You will drive sales opportunities and marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with leadership teams to execute corporate strategies for growth in the commercial enterprise market. Your goal will be to ignite growth within existing partnerships by leveraging your expertise in account management and systems integration. You will identify, shape, and execute large, complex deals, ensuring that all components function seamlessly together. You will also support NICE Partner Alliance Leaders in their partnership efforts, fostering collaboration and driving success.
