What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at DigiCert, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing Enterprise leads. You will work both inbound and outbound leads, with an expectation of making 80 touches per day through various channels including email, phone calls, and social media. Your role will involve sourcing opportunities and qualifying leads for the Sales Organization, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of DigiCert's offerings to potential clients.
You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Managers to generate a robust sales pipeline and grow the customer base. Your daily activities will include researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and articulating how DigiCert can provide solutions to enhance their digital trust. You will also participate in training sessions to develop your core sales skills, which will be invaluable as you progress into more advanced sales roles within the company.
