Who you are

You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong analytical mindset and technical aptitude. You have experience managing sales content management systems and are passionate about optimizing sales processes to drive efficiency and growth. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT, sets you apart as a candidate who can align strategies with overall business objectives.

You possess a deep understanding of sales enablement tools, particularly Highspot, and have experience administering and maintaining such platforms. Your skills in user management, content organization, and reporting are well-honed, allowing you to effectively support end-users and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You are also familiar with AWS Marketplace, having configured and managed private offers to ensure compliance and a smooth experience for both internal teams and customers.

Desirable

Experience with data analysis and generating reports to inform leadership decisions is a plus. Familiarity with best practices in sales enablement and marketplace operations will help you thrive in this role. You are someone who enjoys developing and documenting workflows and training materials for end-users, ensuring that everyone is equipped to utilize the tools effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will administer and maintain the Highspot sales enablement platform, ensuring that user management, content organization, and permissions are handled efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Highspot-related support, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with the vendor as needed. Your responsibilities will also include configuring, launching, and managing private offers within AWS Marketplace, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to align Highspot and AWS Marketplace strategies with the company's overall business objectives. Your analytical skills will come into play as you analyze sales data and generate reports to inform leadership on performance metrics and areas for improvement. You will develop and document best practices, workflows, and training materials for end-users of Highspot and AWS Marketplace offers, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
