Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience selling multiple software products into sophisticated accounts, thriving in a hunter-type role where you actively seek out new sales opportunities. Your background includes at least 1-2 years of experience selling AI Software Solutions, giving you a strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in the market. You excel at building and maintaining high-level relationships with C-level executives, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of your solutions. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer business situations and identify constraints and new opportunities, particularly in the context of technological advancements.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at NICE, you will be responsible for achieving your annual sales quota while personally negotiating enterprise-wide agreements. You will coordinate and lead all sales activities to meet business goals, ensuring that the proposed sales and solutions leverage the strengths of NiCE CXone Mpower. Your role will involve establishing new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones, and you will analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and drive revenue growth within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers in the Miami area.
