Overview

NICE is hiring a Senior Account Executive to identify new sales opportunities and build market share in the USA. You'll leverage your experience in selling AI Software Solutions and managing client relationships. This position requires 5+ years of experience in a hunter-type sales role.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in a hunter-type role, where you've successfully sold multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts. Your background includes at least 1-2 years of experience selling AI Software Solutions, giving you a strong understanding of AI technology and its applications. You possess superior relationship and client management skills that effectively build trust and foster long-term partnerships with clients.

You thrive in a competitive environment and are driven by achieving sales quotas and negotiating enterprise-wide agreements. Your ability to analyze customers' business situations allows you to identify constraints and new opportunities, particularly in the context of technological advances. You are adept at establishing new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones, ensuring that you maximize revenue streams within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and building market share in your designated region. You will coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals, ensuring that proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NiCE CXone Mpower's strengths. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-level relations with C-level executives and initiating, supporting, and monitoring purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you propose can be implemented successfully. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to effectively communicate the value of NiCE's offerings to potential clients. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on your interactions with clients, helping to shape future product development and marketing strategies.
