You have a proven track record of improving data accuracy and optimizing workflows, particularly in relation to Salesforce operations. Your analytical mindset allows you to provide actionable insights that support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Desirable
Experience with growth experimentation and a solid understanding of analytics tools will set you apart. Familiarity with machine learning technologies and fintech solutions is a plus, as is a background in healthcare technology. You are comfortable working in a hybrid role that combines various aspects of revenue operations, growth, and data analysis.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and optimize the systems that power Nitraβs go-to-market engine. You will support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing by improving data accuracy and optimizing workflows. Managing Salesforce operations will be a key responsibility, where you will guide Rules of Engagement and ensure that the platform is utilized effectively. You will analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with Nitra's mission to build a more efficient healthcare system.
