Who you are

You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to expand customer usage of Notion's tools. Your ability to educate potential accounts on enhancing collaboration and productivity is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are ready to engage with clients face-to-face and through virtual meetings.

You possess strong communication skills and are adept at maintaining relationships with existing customers while also seeking new opportunities. Your creativity shines through as you iterate on processes to retain and grow customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience that mitigates churn. You are comfortable working in a structured environment that values collaboration and feedback, and you are excited about contributing to the company's roadmap based on customer insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in prospecting and developing new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will actively maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expanding usage and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include holding face-to-face and Zoom meetings to discuss customer needs and how Notion can meet them. You will also be involved in iterating on the contract renewal process, creatively finding ways to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction. Your feedback will play a crucial role in shaping Notion's sales motions and overall strategy.
