Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of in-person interactions to foster relationships. You have a knack for educating potential clients about enhancing their team's collaboration and productivity using Notion's tools.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to hold face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective customers. You are adept at understanding business challenges and goals, which allows you to tailor your approach effectively. You are also comfortable running product demos to showcase Notion's capabilities and close business deals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect and develop new potential accounts, focusing on educating contacts about how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will hold meetings with prospective customers to understand their unique business challenges and goals, ensuring that you can provide tailored solutions. Running product demos will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you aim to close business at or above quota levels.
You will also help build playbooks and define the sales motion for the team, contributing to the overall strategy and effectiveness of the sales process. Liaising with Notion's EMEA user base will be essential, as you will provide world-class support and gather feedback to inform product development and improvements.
