Who you are
You have experience in account management, capable of independently managing a book of assigned accounts while taking ownership of customer relationships and satisfaction. You develop and implement account management plans that focus on customer retention and revenue growth. You proactively identify customer needs and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to resolve complex customer issues and conflicts efficiently. You are adept at identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and upsell or cross-sell Udemy Business solutions. You communicate effectively, ensuring that customer feedback is heard and acted upon.
Desirable
While not mandatory, familiarity with AI-powered platforms or educational technology can be beneficial. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will set you apart. A passion for learning and personal development aligns well with Udemy's mission.
What you'll do
