Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise software space, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with C-suite executives sets you apart. You understand the intricacies of data management, privacy, compliance, and governance, and can articulate how these elements contribute to business success.
You excel at conducting advanced discovery sessions, shaping strategic visions, and co-creating transformation roadmaps that align with client objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders, including IT, legal, and business teams, is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy orchestrating cross-functional resources to drive high-impact deals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic new business acquisition during the customer’s first year. You will lead complex sales cycles, securing new enterprise customers and ensuring they are set up for transformational outcomes. Your focus will be on building strong, high-value relationships early in the sales process, establishing a foundation for long-term success.
You will work closely with solution engineering, marketing, partners, and executive sponsors to execute large deals. As a trusted advisor, you will translate Odaseva’s capabilities into measurable business transformations for new clients. Your storytelling skills will be essential as you engage with various stakeholders to communicate the value of Odaseva’s solutions.
